Slowing down considerably has been a central theme in my journey towards unraveling the root cause of imbalance in my health. In the hustle and bustle of life, we’re all caught up in a whirlwind of pursuing our goals, dreams, societal expectations, and family obligations. While having aspirations is vital for grounding and fulfillment, the breakneck pace at which we chase them is often unsustainable. We find ourselves in a constant state of frenzy, which not only disrupts our mental equilibrium but also leads to physical imbalances that can foster disease. This relentless pursuit can leave us dissatisfied with our lives and disconnected from our spiritual source.

Enter the new moon in Taurus—a celestial beacon urging us to slow down, to pause, and to recharge.
