Dosha 101: Beginning To Understand Your Dosha

What Are the Doshas?

According to Ayurveda, everything in the universe, including our bodies, is composed of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether (space). These elements combine to form the three doshas:

Doshas
Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, which provides insight into characteristics and predisposition to certain health conditions.
Let’s explore each dosha in detail.
